Zooform phenomena is a term coined to describe entities which resemble animals, but are allegedly paranormal or supernatural in nature. Notable Zooforms include black dogs, werewolves, and the mothman.[1] Some examples of Zooforms may not be inherently paranormal or supernatural in nature, but have popular paranormal explanations for them.

- Dogmen - upright walking dogs similar to popular descriptions of werewolves. Dogmen are distinguished as they aren't just humans that transform into dog creatures but are instead an alleged unique species
- Mothman - a large winged humanoid resembling a moth, first seen in West Virginia
