The snow-pig is a Chinese cryptid believed to be an unknown ungulate. The undiscovered animal occurred in historical times in the mountains above Tatsienlu, China, at altitudes above 15,000 feet. The species was an unknown medium-sized creature, resembling both a donkey and a civet-cat. The "terra incognita" of Asia in the years before 1911, where the wild quadruped was registered, had been poorly-known and not yet disturbed.[1]
