The Rio Jutaí orange woolly monkey (Lagothrix sp. nov.), or simply orange woolly monkey, is a cryptid woolly monkey of the Brazilian Amazon described by Marc van Roosmalen. Roosmalen and Tomas van Roosmalen described it provisionally, based on a taxidermy juvenile specimen in the collection of the Museu Paraense Emílio Goeldi, and on a previous depiction in Eladio da Cruz Lima's Mammals of Amazonia (1945).[1][2]
