Loren Coleman is an American anthropologist and cryptozoologst. He's written multiple books on cryptozoology and has been active since 1960. Along with Patrick Huyghe he created the Coleman-Huyghe system to classify both lake monster and sea serpent reports. He also co-wrote Cryptozoology A to Z with Jerome Clark in 1999. In 2003 he founded the International Museum of Cryptozoology. [1][2]
