The jungle wildcat or Peruvian jungle wildcat is a cryptid small cat reported from montane forests in Peru's Lower Rio Urubamba region. It is described as a tabby-coloured animal the size of a domestic cat, with long canines, and is said to hunt for birds and rodents in packs of ten or more individuals, sometimes accompanied by ocelots and jaguars.[1][2][3]
