The huáng yāo (黄妖; Chinese: "yellow demon") is a cryptid reported from China, described as a weasel-like animal with a catlike head, with yellow fur above and black fur below.[1][2]

  • The huáng yāo appears in a comic entitled "The Legendary Yellow Demon of Xianshan" (仙山传奇之黄妖), in Zombie King (僵尸王漫画).
